Why does the noteBook eXchange use UPS?

We have an exclusive agreement with UPS. UPS is at the forefront of worldwide package delivery. They have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. In addition, UPS provides each of our customers with a tracking number that allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!

 We are shipping experts. We use top quality packing materials & we have a proven track record. We have shipped over 10,000 laptops to all 50 states, Guam & Canada.

Is there a shipping discount when multiple items are purchased at the same time?

Of course! The trick is to purchase ALL of your items PRIOR to checking out. Our checkout system will automatically combine all of your items into one order for you, providing a shipping discount. Once you have checked out, we are unable to add items to your order.

When will my order arrive?

We try our best ship ship all orders out within *2 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has been processed UPS will send you an email to the email address you provided to us during checkout. Below is a map that gives delivery estimates from our address, although most packages being shipped to a Georgia address will be delivered the day after it is shipped.

P.O Boxes?

P.O addreses will be sent standard US Mail. No tracking numbers are available but we will supply delivery confirmation.

*Payments that are received on weekends (Friday from 6pm till Monday at 9am) will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. We try to ship all items within 2 days of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for item to arrive. Holidays may delay shipment by 48 hours.
